Cancellation Policy
***We do not require deposits. However, we do require that if a cancellation/rescheduling is made it is done 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment. If within 48 hours of your appointment a 50% fee will be imposed. An invoice will be sent at the time of cancelation/rescheduling to your provided email and/or phone number. We understand unforeseen instances may arise but this policy is put in place to protect our business.*** If you are going to be 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to 50% fee of total scheduled/booked amount. If you are still being seen after the 10min curtesy period your appointment will still end at scheduled time. The service rendered will be done to the best of our ability with the remaining time. You will be charged the the full service amount. *** ​After 15min late with no contact to us you will be considered a no call-no show. An invoice for fee will be sent to provided email. ​***Failure to pay invoice will result in the inability to schedule future appointments. ***For both the safety of our clients and employees, we ask that no children be present during the service. ​***You will a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder e-mail 24hours prior to your appointment to the provided e-mail address.***
